My plans for this year.

By Andy

When I first started my online journey in September 08 I had no clear plans for how I was going to succeed.  Actually the journey started before that. For several months I floundered around buying into every gurus hype that I came across.  My inbox became swamped with different marketing ideas and I know I was being pulled in every direction.

Then I joined Alex Jeffreys coaching program and this taught me how to plan properly.  Once I had a clear vision of where I wanted to be in a years time,  it became much easier to focus on the certain tasks and more importantly the correct order in which to do them.  I won’t pretend that I didn’t stray off the path now and then, but with the mentoring program behind me, I always managed to re-focus and get myself back on track.

So here I am now.  A couple of months away from moving from the Uk to the south of France.  Where my online journey will continue. Quitting your JOB is a good feeling let me tell you.  I aim to develop my own mentoring skills now that I’m going to have so much more time.  I have had some good feedback from my  first group of students, but I intend to over deliver in the next program that I set up.

Another project that I will set up later in the year is a self-improvement site.  Its an area in which I have a lot of interest.  Mindset is so important, and makes all the difference to what you attract into your life.  I know that I can help a lot of people to develop and grow in this particular niche.  I really love seeing people change their life in this way.

I will finish this short post off by thanking  you, the readers of this blog,  because without you it would be a lonely place.  Also a big thankyou to my students for your feedback which helps me to develop whilst you learn.  I aim to be giving a lot more value  this summer, and want this blog to become a more interactive place.  So I am always happy to hear new ideas.

To your success.

    Hi Andy

It sounds like you are fast climbing that ladder. I’m still on the bottom rung or maybe my foot is trying to reach the second rung.

As you see my name is Sue McDonald and I live in Australia. I am at present doing the Newbie course with Mark Terrell who originally did the course with Alex a few years ago.

It’s interesting learning and like everyone that starts these types of courses we all want to make money and have more time to ourselves. I hope you are making a great living and if you have time over the next few weeks and you could take a look at my blog and leave a comment, I would certainly appreciate it.

    Kindest regards

    Sue

  3. Hey Andy,

Good luck with the move to South of France. We moved from the UK 5 1/2 years ago to Spain. We live inland, in a small Spanish town. Superb life for the kids here i have to say.

I’m just beginning my IM journey and having great fun so far. I would be grateful if you would check out my 1 week old blog and give an honest opinion of what you think. No pressure, when you get 5 minutes.

    Onward and upward!

    Regards,

    Julie.

Sounds exciting to be moving to France. I have not been able to quit my day job yet but hopefully someday soon.

Good Luck on your move and I look forward to seeing your self improvement site.
